At Rachael Wilders Education, I believe that creativity and growth belong to everyone.

My aim is to provide a welcoming, supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels respected, valued and encouraged to learn with confidence.

Whether you’re taking your very first steps into the nail industry or you’re an experienced technician looking to develop your skills further, you’ll always receive the same encouragement, respect and support.

Where reasonably possible, I will happily make reasonable adjustments to support individual learning needs or accessibility requirements.

If there is anything that would help make your learning experience more comfortable, accessible or enjoyable, please let me know before your training begins so that we can discuss the most appropriate arrangements.

As training takes place in my home-based studio, some adjustments may be limited by the physical layout of the premises. However, I will always do my best to find practical solutions wherever reasonably possible.

 

Learning at Your Own Pace

Every student develops at their own speed.

My courses are designed to support individual learning styles, and I understand that confidence, practical ability and experience vary from person to person.

​

Questions are always encouraged.

​

Mistakes are part of learning.

​

There is never any expectation to compare yourself with others.

 

Respect for Creativity

One of the core values behind Rachael Wilders Education is encouraging students to develop their own creative identity.

​

Rather than chasing trends or comparing yourself with others, I encourage every student to build confidence in their own abilities, develop strong technical foundations and create work they are genuinely proud of.

​

As I often say:

Swim in your own lane. Water your own grass. Your only competition is the person you were yesterday.

 

Confidentiality

Any personal information shared with me regarding accessibility requirements or learning support will be treated confidentially and only used for the purpose of supporting your training, in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

 

Raising Concerns

If at any point you feel uncomfortable, excluded or believe you have been treated unfairly, I encourage you to speak to me as soon as possible.

All concerns will be treated seriously, respectfully and, where appropriate, confidentially. I will always aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
